Trading my taurus for a glock?
It looks like this is really going to happen...as soon as today. I can not believe this shit though. I am considering going to a 9mm too because my husband is insistent that I will prefer to shoot a 9mm. He thinks I should get a glock 19. I am going to the gun shop in a bit to look around and decide I guess. It has just been a severe PITA to find accessories/a decent holster for it that will accommodate me. My husband has a glock 27 which would suit me just fine and I've "tried it on" with his holster and that would be ok. It is killing me to think of parting with Grace but I just don't think we were meant for each other.

Whoa... What Taurus do you have now? What kind of holster do you want? Accessories, etc..?
Have you read up at www.taurusarmed.net ? Lots of great Taurus info there.

If I remember right, the PT140 has the same dimensions at the PT111. Check here for hoslters.

Let me know what they offer you for the Taurus. I have 2-PT145`s. One never fired with 2 mags. I`m thinking of trading for a 9 of some brand. I prefer single action but am looking at options.

I have a Taurus 24/7 Pro 9mm. I love it. However, accessories for that gun are very tough to find, especially being left handed. I had wrote to LazerMax to see if I could get laser for it. They wrote back saying they don't have one and will not be making one.
I bought a G19 and carry it daily. Not because I didn't trust the 24/7, but more because I'm left handed and don't want to deal with righthanded safties anymore on a carry gun. I like the G19 but still like my 24/7 better.

Keep the taurus and buy the glock. I think its ok to own more than one. lol

Fobus has two models that say they will fit the pt145 one of them is too long and leaves alot of hangover off the muzzle I wound up with this bianchi for my taurus and its great
