Question 1911 Group Gripper ???

Ok! I finally broke down and got a 1911. a 70 series. MK IV Gov. I've been looking at the high grip ,girp saftes and a new trigger/hammer/sear etc.What I want to hear is what do you who own them think of the Group Gripper?? I have seem tremendous claims made by some and then others say it's a waste of money.I've been active on other forums and just found this one today.Thanks up frt guys,--Rat--

If your link is the proper size than it's a waste of money.....if your link is way too short, then it would probably help a lot...but having a gunsmith fit the proper size link would fix the problem instead of putting a "band-aid" on it. My opinion, others may disagree.....

I agree with Bib. They can also break and come apart inside the gun.
