Default Walther Blank Gun/Starter Pistol

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this little piece?

It does have the Walther Banner on the grips and the Walther Banner on the left side with Walthers Patent.

Any info would be appreciated.

It appears to be as you describe. ...a starter pistol.

Many manufacturers have made them, and continue to make starter/blank guns for sporting purposes.

I dont think there is much value to them, except in a small circle of collectors. A name like Walther should fetch better money than say H&R. Walther has made fine products and really hasn't faltered from a top notch manufacturer at any time.

Thank you for the info. I did a few searches on yahoo and google and this version did not appear at all. Looking into the top hole I was thinking it looked like it may be a lighter too. LOL I know I am strange! LOL

I wish it did. I actually stink with the digi cam. I took the grips off and see no where to add lighter fluid or a wick. I can not find a way that a blank, cap or cartridge would fit in either!
