I think I am going shopping for my XD this weekend. See where I can get the best deal. I got three places to check on. I'll let you all know what happens.

If I decide against the Heinie Sights, I can order a different color body or go with the Bi-tone. I will keep you posted. I can't wait much longer. Something is going on Lawaway soon till the bonus check comes in.

I have the factory night sights on mine. (trijicon) I like em. You can check them out at the next shoot if you want and you dont get yours by then.

Did some calling and I may have a new gun shop to deal with.

Called three local stores and got prices for the subcompact. Asked what they had in stock, what they price was on certain gusn, and what one with night sights on it would run me.

Here are the prices


Sporting Good =OD Green - $489 Bi-Tone -?? Night sights - $559

East Coast = OD Green (used) $466 Bi-tone - $520 Night Sigts - $543

Cove Creek = OD Green $449 Bi-Tone - $459 Night Sights - $499

I Think I may be heading out to put the Bi-tone on layaway tomorrow or the next day at Cove Creek. Thanks to Buckmark for turning me onto this store. Great prices. And I will just put on a set of night sights after I get it.

Does anyone besides Cope's have the Sub-Compact Accessory Kit in stock that anyone has come across?

Their price is notably higher than the other places I've found...which is probably why the others' don't have them left in stock.

I looked around as well to no avail. Figured I would purchase one while I had the ability and the opportunity to.

I'll get another if theyre still less than 50 after I break some of these mags in.

44 for 3 mags, a mag holster and a hard case for them is a good deal no matter what...even if the hardshell is a bit scratched.

I know where one is (Subcompact accessory kit). At least was. I plan on running down and picking it up tomorrow if it is still there. Won't say where, cause someone might beat me to it.

If I find another, I will let you all know.

I'll check on Cove Creek tomorrow, I hope to get out there and put the pistol on layway. If they have one, maybe I'll just pick it up and sell it on here.
