It's my favorite hand cannon to shoot. It's always fun to blow up gallon jugs with it. The gun itself draws in the all of the other shooters in awe.

The gun. You're allowed in the pic too, but only with steel present... lol

I haven't seen a .500 at any Pgh. Group Shoots...I'd like to hang on to one for a few rounds also!

Shot the 10" version at the range once, it was nice. Not a lot of muzzle flip, and it was more like a firm push than "kick".

Too bad it costs so much to shoot.

I've shot 5 rounds out of the 8.5" version and was very surprised that it was far more manageable than I had expected. Perhaps it was all of the porting on the front of the barrel?

Now the 2.75" version on the other hand... I couldn't possibly imagine shooting that thing. Ugh, that must be horrible to shoot. That being said, I'll buy the ammo if anyone has a 2.75" version that they're willing to let me shoot.

I've shoot .50 AE from an semi auto Desert Eagle several times and it's not bad at all...wonder how that compares to a .500?
