Nice choice, I got my Duo Tone there a few months back and like it very much. I was thinking about getting an Airweight also. They had it on sale last month and I was extremely tempted. I used to have a S&W snubie and miss the pop it in your pocket thing. How do you like it and how easy is it to carry compared to the Bersa? I also picked up a Sigma 9VE and 2 rifles there, really like their staff and selection!

Yes i remember the ad. The snubby is lighter and easier to conceal when wearing just a T-shirt, using a pancake holster at an angle. The Bersa is a little heavier and the plastic grips (which I'm replacing) rub up againest my skin which makes it a little uncomfortable. But when I replace the grips I hope to remedy that. But I love them both. I took the snubbie out to the range today for the first time and had a blast, and of course a ran some threw my Bersa as well. Wouldn't want to make it jealous of the snubbie .The DA takes a little getting use to also, but preditable. Hows the Sigma or the Bersa to conceal carry?

To be honest, the sigma is a pain to carry conventionally IWB/OWB. I picked up a DeSantis Gunny Sack last week and it really distributes the weight very well.

I’ve been carring my Bersa in a DeSantis Cozy Partner IWB holster and it is very comfortable, but after putting it in the Gunny Sack I think I found a real good summer carry solution (it’s light as a feather).

I just got the sigma back from T&A Tony at Sunset Hill today. He did a trigger job and it feels real good. It’s going to be a hard choice which one to take along now. I only put 100 rounds through it today. I was pressed for time and didn’t have time to really get used to the new trigger pull weight. Initially I shot about 5” – 6” lower than normal at 30’. It took 2 mags to figure out I didn’t need to aim as low for the higher trigger jerk. It’s still not as accurate as the Bersa, but holds more than twice the rounds per mag.

So I guess it comes down to attire. If I can wear a vest or jacket, maybe the Sigma. If just an un-tucked shirt, probably the Bersa. For higher concealment and a cross draw, either in the Gunny Sack.

Well guess ill throw in my 2cents here..

I moved here with my wife and our daughter about 11 years ago. We lived in the overtaxed area of orange county NY.

We made the move and never looked back since.

We have meet alot of great folks here in the milford/upperdingmans area (log tavern rd).

I just wish there was a range to shoot more than 3 rounds at a time locally.

So anyhow, Look foward to posting here and maybe gettin together for some local shootin.

Snert.
