"Mark as a violation" is at the bottom of every comment. It is there for people to report a "terms of service" violation. It does not mean that it has been marked a violation.

Is it me or is anyone else noticing that Philly is beginning to send a message to the BGs-First vigilante beat downs( uh I mean citizen's arrests) on pedophiles and now no charges being filed on a SD shooting. Hopefully this message continues to ring out and is heard loud and clear-just maybe the crime rate may drop a bit when the BGs are afraid of being shot themselves.
