bought a Larue Free floating rail for my ar-15 and I have to remove the FSB to install it and don't have the proper tools, vise etc to get er done...I was hoping somebody could help me out or lead in the right direction,,,,

To remove the FSB, all you need is a roll pin punch (you can get a set for $20 at Lowe's) and a hammer. Just make sure you punch from left to right (left when muzzle forward in the same direction that you're facing). Don't know much about installing the Larue though, but FF rails are usually very easy to install.
