Wow...I found the answer on the PPD website but get this. You dont need to change your LTCF to reflect your new address but if you want the a new license with the updated address it will cost you $50!
Even if your permit is "stolen" it will cost you.....50$ to have a new one issued. Jesus H Christ. |

There is no provision mandating you change your address with the issuing authority of your LTCF per title 18 Period. Doesn't matter what PPD says. Now, of course PPD will illegally revoke your LTCF based on many illegal requirements they have... and will continue to do so until people stand up against them...

18Pa.C.S.6109 stipulates that you must apply in your county of residence or PPD if resident of Phila. Sorry.

Oh I can see this is going to be an adventure just trying to get someone to answer the damn phone.
Now when I select #9 (directed to a real F-in person) it was looping me back onto the menu all over again. It rings....25-30 times. Or its busy. Im done for the day and they are done at 2:30 (its almost 1:30). Some of us have things to do. |

I know damn well that you are not required to inform the police you are carrying if you're pulled over for a traffic violation. I do anyway because it's the prudent thing to do (usually just hand them my permit with my license), but PA is not a "must inform" state.

The info that Philly gave when I received my LTC says that you MUST inform an officer that you are armed.
You MUST inform the officer IMMEDIATELY, that you are armed and possess a valid permit to carry. Then follow the officer’s instructions explicitly Whether it is legal or not - that's another story.. I'm too old to be a test case. |

Their instructions are definitely not representative of state law. No test case about it.
