Sterilize them before they kill each other. It's true that it's scum killing scum but most of them have at least 2 or 3 kids that will grow up to be scum.

Alot of reading here, I have grown up near Phila and live in the burbs of Phila,
The real issue is lack of respect of others and ones self. The only way to get rid of gun violence is to distribute poison crack. sooner or later the gun violence will stop.
Seriously, The lack of respect is trickeled down from the lack of parental controll.

It's a certain group of people that make up the highest percent of these murders across the U.S. and that's a fact no one can ignore if you own a TV or radio.God bless the NRA and Glock.

I love it how all the criminals run free in philadelphia... We need to educate and arm all the law abiding people... but no... too many lazy people that don't want to get their ccw... Makes me sad... even if they got a ccw and got a saturday night special... they can be protected for under 200 bucks... instead the mayor and all the city council wants to toughen up on the laws to make it harder for law abiding people to protect their homes... geez. thank god for state pre emption.

This is typical for our judicial system. Prison overcrowding is more important to them than the safety of the people on the streets.

Convoluted? Sure. But it is the case. It will continue until we hold the judges and prison authorities liable for the damage these released animals wreak on society.
