Default Swann Campaign-What are YOU doing?!!?

Swann is NRA endorsed and CLEARLY the Pro-second Amendment Candidate of choice. The election is getting closer...and I'm not confident we can win this thing without getting more people involved.

Many undecided voters ARE swayed in these last few weeks. Sad as it is they swing vote is based in large part to the perceived POPULARITY of the candidate...indicated by bumper stickers signs etc. The Rendell camp is going sign crazy...especially along rt 22 near Allentown....No less that 25 signs at the Cedar Crest Exit! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
What can you do?
There is an excellent feature at the Swann website. Its called a virtual phone bank!
The idea is that you sign up and they email you 20 numbers to call from comfort of your own home ... pretty neat!
Go to http://www.swannforgovernor.com/volunteer/

We need to get the message out!
To contact your county Republican Party officers http://www.pagop.org/default.aspx then click on "counties" then your county on the map...Give 'em a call and ask to get involved...its THAT easy

I also have an idea for turning our vehicles into roving "Swann mobiles" to get out the message as well as handing out signs and bumper stickers to those interested to sway the undecided folk. There are TONS of local events this month...block shoots, cruises, festivals, halloween parades...we need a presence!

Btw, the BEST spot to put a bumper sticker on your vehicle is NOT the back...but the FRONT.... Its MUCH more visible to people driving towards you!
Even if Swann doesnt win... we need to send a message...we're getting better organised and wont put up with anti- 2nd sentiment! Get Involved before it IS too late!

One way is also offering free rides to the poll... Mind you you can say you are sponsored by a group, but you cant "tell" people who to vote for if i understand well, or choose who you will drive out there.

Swann looked great in his debate with fast eddie on the 5th. He has one more debate, I think on the 11th. We have yard signs and bumper stickers. And of course, word of mouth. My wife volunteers at his campagn headquarters in downtown Pgh.

I think Swann may actually benefit from all the bad news out there. I get the impression that most people are just disgusted by politicians in general. It may not be rational, but the idea of an 'outsider' -- especially one who comes from fairly 'normal' background -- appeals to a lot of voters.

I really hope the Swann campaign kicks it into high gear soon. I havent heard nearly enough about him in the news and such. Would love to get Fast Eddie out. He's a PITA from WAY back.
