My Rep, Merle Phillips, has sent a link along with his newsletter to a petition that opposes any new gun control measures, especially house bill 760. Please sign it and forward the link to others.

There is also an option for you to print a hard copy and mail the signatures back to his office.

The paranoid side of me was thinking that this might be some front to let gun owners register themselves while thinking they were signing some petition against gun control. Then I realized that the representative's name is Merle. There ain't no gun grabbers named Merle!

A few years ago, I wrote him a letter about one of the many philly gun grabber bills, and His response was so Pro gun, that I actually had to step back and say "Wow! he's more pro gun than I am..." Since then I've come to adopt much more "extreme" views on the 2nd amendment and gun ownership.
