Default Alert! Legislation being introduced...

I heard on Quin and Rose this morning that there is "anti-gun" legislation being introduced in Harrisburg this next Tuesday the 26th of September. Does anyone else have any information on this??

I'm going to post this on the Hometown portion of AR15.com as well...

I see nothing wrong with one firearm a month.. let's make it one gun a year (you know your wife will be thrilled!) Or how bout..we can apply for the firearm we would like to purchase after we have witnessed a felony? Rendell is a snake in the grass... I can prolly give a fat campaign contro..and buy one a day and skip the tax and background check! @#*! Government..bye the people..for the people...crap. Skip the people..do what they want best. Grrr.

This whole mess makes me sick to my stomach. Philadelphia liberals are trying to take away the only deterrent that criminals currently have. They're not afraid of jail... they don't answer to a higher moral standard, but they do have to stop and think that a gun might live here...

If the liberals have their way, gun violence will more than likely increase. Deterrence is key. Apparently it is the goal of the anti-gun lobby to enable criminals to act without a second thought, and without consequence. Unfortunately, the left is neither rational or reasonable.

I would hope that the NRA will go to the plate for PA gun owners. If this meeting of legislature could impact the entire east coast, then this would be the scenario where I would realize a return on the membership fee that I pay to the NRA.

The more and more liberals speak.. the more and more I think they're pushing for some form of socialism. These are the same people that preach about tolerance and understanding.. but the show none when the issue at hand is something that they don't understand.
