It is ILLEGAL to have a firearm on you or in your car at a School or better yet, on school property. This issue needs to be put to sleep once and for all. Not sure about you, but I do not want to be the test case. If you know you are going to a school, simply leave your pistol at home. Leaving it in your car, as I said before, is still a crime. Do a search on this forum and see how a LTCF holder is being persecuted because his pistol was locked in his car on a Technical School property.

Do a search on OC'ers that have been illegally detained, arrested, searched, property seized, had license to carry revoked for LEGAL OC!
An arrest, charges pending, court case does not make something illegal. It makes an uninformed officer and misguided legal system! IT can still be proven the clause for "other legal purposes" Is what it says it is! IF a ruling comes down it is not, we as Americans are REQUIRED to go to the courts and petition that the laws be adjusted to the views of the majority of Americans. In case any one forgot how our system works!

i feel that the school should not even be used for election. our township just spent a lot of money on a brand new building that is large enough to conduct polls, but thats what ill have to bring up at the next meeting, i hate to see hard earned taxdollars wasted
