I'm sure their were people who said My personal friend Barack Obama who is a good man and totally for the 2nd amendment and he would like your vote.

Your right you scare me you post this is a friend and don't add any other information about her oh yea NRA supports her. What has she done what's her platform.

Here are some more friends that people voted for and never checked out

1 The brother of former Lackawanna County Commissioner Robert C. Cordaro testified Tuesday before a federal grand in Scranton. May have taken money from contractors for county project but his friends say he's a wonderful man.

2. Former Wilkes-Barre Area School Board president James Height will be sentenced Jan. 26 on charges that he accepted a $2,000 bribe from a district contractor. Another wonderful friend and man

3. The Citizens' Voice – Tue Oct 27, 4:20 am ET
Months after being snared in a pay-to-play corruption probe, Wilkes-Barre Area School Board member Brian F. Dunn has agreed to plead guilty to accepting an illegal $5,000 reward for helping a prospective teacher obtain a job in the district.

4. It was an emotional hearing as Anthony Spinozza of Hanover Area faced a federal judge in Scranton and pleaded guilty to corruption. A school director was in federal court Monday admitting his role and another school director charged with corruption reaches a plea agreement

5. Allen Bellas agreed to plead guilty Thursday in federal court in Scranton. He is the next in a long line of Luzerne County officials facing corruption charges.

This time around the former Luzerne County Redevelopment Authority director faces charges involving bribery.

According to court documents, Bellas is accused of accepting a bribe in 2007 from contractors. At the time he was director of the Luzerne County Redevelopment Authority.

The bribe was $2,000.

6. The long-time Pittston Area school leader will be spending 13 months behind bars.

Dr. Ross Scarantino was sentenced by a judge who said he's making an example of the former superintendent to stop the culture of corruption.

Scarantino pleaded guilty earlier this year to taking money in exchange for a school contract. For that he was sentenced to 13 months behind bars.

7. A former bookkeeper in Luzerne County accused of stealing money from an organization that helps the disabled apologized.

Anne Hudanick's case was sent on to trial Wednesday.
And she helped the disabled good woman

8. A woman from Wilkes-Barre is accused of embezzling thousands from an organization that helps people with mental and physical problems.

Anne Hudanick of Wilkes-Barre is free on bail. She was charged today with stealing from her former employer to feed her bingo habit.

9. A former jury commissioner in Luzerne County pleaded not guilty Tuesday to taking a bribe.

Gerald Bonner was indicted earlier this month on charges he took a bribe in exchange for a contract while he was a member of the Luzerne County Housing Authority.

10. A man from Luzerne County who testified against two former, disgraced judges in a civil lawsuit was in federal court Tuesday to be sentenced on a weapons charge.

Robert Kulick of Bear Creek was sentenced to a little more than three years in federal prison for a weapons charge. He pleaded guilty in November, 2008.

11. One day after a federal grand jury indicted two former Luzerne County judges in the on-going corruption scandal there is lots of speculation as to what could happen to them now.

It is a lengthy indictment. Former Luzerne County judges Mark Ciavarella and Michael Conahan are each facing 48 counts, from racketeering and money laundering to bribery and extortion.

Conahan and Ciavarella have been on a very interesting legal journey. The two pleaded guilty to corruption charges in February. In July a federal judge rejected their guilty plea agreements.

They withdrew their pleas and now, Conahan and Ciavarella have been hit with a 48-count federal indictment.

"This one includes money laundering, racketeering, bribery, extortion among other things including tax problems, which included a whole gamut of things they didn't include the first time around," said former Pennsylvania Attorney General Ernest Preate, Jr.

Should I go on every one of them had personnel friends who will tell you how great and good these people are. SO YES YOU SCARE ME. Just the head of the Democrat party in Delaware county told me the only way you can be a Democrat is by pulling the big lever. I told him what I'll tell you I do research and vote for the person I believe will do the best job. Not for someone because their a personal friend.

I'm not NRA but they don't always support the best candidates and if you wanted to spread some wisdom, try posting what her platform is. What shes done not just that she's my friend and NRA approved ? Sorry if you don't like it but it's your post.

If the PAFOA want to endorse candidates I'd listen but still make up my own mind. But thats me I'm more a sheepdog then a sheep

I guess someone doesn't like when people ask questions and think for themselves.

Why anti-NRA? Because I've seen the NRA support liberals because they were going to win instead of the conservative because they were sure to lose. Also because they are pro-hunter, not necessarily pro-gun.

If you want to "spread wisdom," try coming on and posting some info about the candidates you are pushing...don't just cut and paste an NRA e-mail.

And before you make yourself look even more stupid with your "people like you" comment, let me ask you: What political office do you hold? Have you ever run for office yourself?

Bigger and better things on my agenda? Yeah...I'm running for RE-ELECTION in a week. What are you doing? Pasting more e-mail on other message boards?

For those that want to see who FOAC endorsed, just go to http://www.foac-pac.org, and click on the region of the state where you live, you'll get a Voter's Guide for the elections in your area.

To follow up on my previous post, I haven't received any official response from the FOAC that I can share publicly. My personal opinion, however, is that I'm more inclined to support the recommendations from the FOAC on elections internal to PA, as the FOAC focuses more closely than the NRA on such elections.

Again, that's just my own opinion, take it FWIW.

Well "dude" its people like you that are making us lose our gun rights. Good luck in your endeavors! Dont come crying to me when you lose your gun rights completely.

Out of curiosity, did you vote for Arlen Specter when the NRA chose to endorse him over conservative Pat Toomey? How's that working out for ya?

Did you ever vote for Tom Ridge since he ran as a Republican? Did you enjoy the gun control he forced on us?

Research, research, research...

I agree with what your saying. But the FOAC has to many "NO SUITABLE CANDIDATES". So while I consider their choices I'll Still do some research on the candidates. To many say one thing and when elected do another and they have more excuses then stars in the night sky.

Just my own opinion

No problems with that here, like I said, I think our government would be better off at ALL levels if more people took as much of an interest in researching candidates as most people here do.

this is astonishingly ignorant.

you're discouraging people to research into who they're voting for, and voting for someone who fits their/our beliefs, regardless of what stupid party they're affiliated with? and worse, blaming him for losing gun rights, for it?

i have news for you: both the dems AND gop suck, and have been eroding the hell out of our rights. and the mindless party voting plays right into it.
