Where we go from double-digit posters to single digit posters: http://forum.pafoa.org/memberlist-10...esc&sort=posts The truth of the matter is that there are a few hundred people that could be counted on for any participation. Most of the 20,000 are people who came once, or twice, or three times, primarily to buy and sell. |

I didn't see this mentioned, although I may have missed a few posts (have read this over several days), but wouldn't getting our legislatures to amend the law with something like "shall be destroyed within 72 hours actually means destroy/remove/delete/no longer be available through any means" be an option?

I sent a letter to Congressman Jim Gerlach's office. They are looking into this and will let me (us) know the outcome.. I pointed to this post - so boys and girls we are on camera!
------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you for your inquiry with our office. This email is to confirm that we have placed a congressional inquiry with the FBI regarding their 6/15/01 letter to the PSP. Response times from federal agencies on congressional inquiries can vary, but usually take between 30-45 days. We will continue to follow up on the status of the FBI’s reply. Once we are informed of their findings, we will be sure to share them with you promptly. We appreciate your patience in this regard. Regards, Patrick Beck District Representative Congressman Jim Gerlach (PA-06) Last edited by nra-life-member; 3 Weeks Ago at 06:53 PM. |

Update
------------------------------------------------ We received confirmation that our inquiry has been received by the FBI. At this point, it appears that we will have a reply within a 30-day time frame. Of course, we will continue to monitor the inquiry and forward any follow up information we receive to you upon receipt. Have a nice day!
