Default Impeach Rendell

I say we send the politicians an extremely LOUD message! Start a move to impeach this mobster socialist rendell. We are guaranteed rights but we have to stand up and protect them or lose them!

§ 11.8-806. Grounds for Removal—Impeachment.
Every elected official or officer pursuant to impeachment proceedings may be impeached, suspended or removed from office in the event of mental incapacity, incompetency, neglect of duty, malfeasance, mismanagement or for any corrupt act or practice.

§ 11.8-807. Impeachment Proceedings.
Impeachment proceedings may be initiated by presentation of a written petition to the court of common pleas signed by at least twenty qualified electors who reside in the City. If in the opinion of the court, reasonable grounds are set forth in the petition, the court shall appoint a citizen investigating committee to make a written report to the court. If the committee reports the charges well founded, council shall sit as a court and the president judge of the Court of Common Pleas shall preside. Except in cases where the city solicitor or the mayor is accused, the city solicitor shall act as prosecuting attorney. If the city solicitor or the mayor is accused, or the city solicitor is unable to serve as prosecuting attorney, the solicitor for the controller shall act as prosecuting attorney. The decision shall be filed in the Court of Common Pleas. If the accused is found guilty of any charge specified, the court shall enter an appropriate judgment and declare the accused’s office vacant.

I'm not a lawyer.
I believe the constitution is a legal and binding document. I also believe the "Elected" are to listen to the voice of the people. Any one in the Governor's position, that is trying to remove our constitutional rights and in complete disregard to the peoples will, should be able to be legally removed.
That being said I am willing to get it started and will need the help of every Pa. resident that believes in the constitution!
Against all better training I am running into a blind alley on this.

Saying he is acting against the people's will is pretty nebulous. Didn't the people elect him twice?

Look, I hate Rendell's politics as much as anyone here, but if you try to get him impeached without some specific violation of the law or ironclad proof of gross negligence, you're just going to look foolish.

This is as good a start as any. neglect of duty/ as governor he is to uphold the constitution and the Pa law also states our right to arms.
Mismanagement is the way he refuses to uphold and keeps pushing to remove the constitutionally guarenteed rights,as governor he ( swore ) to uphold.

Why didn't you just say so in the first place? You have plenty there to unseat the Chief Executive of the Commonwealth. Drive on and Godspeed.

Yes I know it isnt murder 1st degree but He is still a politician expected to listen to the constituents. I would be extremely shocked if there were more anti crowd in Pa than pro.
We at least need to send a loud message and reminder that office works for the people. I just sat for 15 hours @ the polls last week and got opinions from both sides of the parties, they both are sorely disappointed in the gov.
