The system is rigged so that you lose either way. To what extent you lose is all in how you play the game. Like I wrote earlier in this thread, you gotta talk your way outta these things and that seems to be what you did. I'm glad it worked out.

yeah the approved location is sorrento gardens in hazleton and I already went there. They said the county will pay for it if we don't have insurance. My insurance wont cover it.

It wont. There wont be any charges filed if i pass the evaluation to see if I have a drug or alcohol problem. Underage is only a summery offense so It shouldn't matter either way. I already have my LTCF.

You should look into this a bit more because most of the time they send you to a 6-8 hour class that tells you your a horribly person for drinking or doing drugs and Mormon is the way to go. $50-100 that YOU pay for you, no insurance, no county or state, you pick up the tab.

What your talking about is an "interview" with a DATS guy and he'll tell you if you have a problem...questions are easy, do you drink? do you drink alot? how much do you drink if you drink alot, do you do cocaine, how much cocaine, when did you start blah blah......but i think that costs money as well.....make sure to find out which one your doing, interview or a class.

Judge put it like this. No charges as of now. He said we had to go someplace and have a drug/alcohol abuse 'evaluation' which is a couple hours a day for 3 days. And if they think we don't have a problem then we're done, but if they deem me to have an abuse problem then I have to take the entire rehab(?) course or whatever it is.

Immediately after he told us this and gave us the referral form for sorrento gardens I took it down to street and signed up with sorrento for the evaluation. The ladies made it sound like I didn't have to pay, so I don't know yet. Monday is my first day lol.. This is so crazy.. I didn't even drink anything. lol
