Waste of tax payer time and money.. ...this will accomplish as much as a bill declaring a new holiday.

Anyone who wasted time and tax dollars on this bill should be hung.

The People are Sovereign in the United States, not the states.. And if the States want free of the feds, the only way to do it is to secede.

The feds need to be reminded of that fact; protecting rights guaranteed by the constitution is a waste of neither time nor money, save for the fact that we shouldn't NEED to do it.

But it doesn't accomplish anything... ..a house resolution on paper has as much statutory and constitutional authority as the brown stain my @ss left on the toilet paper this morning.

The only HR's with any bite to them are censure and impeachment proceedings.

A HR like this amounts to nothing but an official opinion with no backbone, no authority, and no teeth. Its like declaring yourself free, but then continuing to do thy master's bidding and paying tribute, meanwhile accepting any punishment handed down without qualm.

Sam Rohrer doesn't usually blow smoke. But according to the General Assembly website, HR 95 hasn't been filed yet. This is the result from the site's search function.

Regular Session 2009-2010
House Resolution 95

Not Found
The document you requested does not exist on this server. You may have requested a Bill or Resolution that does not exist.

It is possible that Rohrer is getting his Co-sponsors lined up before filing the resolution.

I don't see any problem with giving a warning to the feds.... it's better then sitting around and keeping quiet when you have all these top level federal officials flagrantly violating the constitution and bill of rights.
