New PA Law?
I heard just a few days ago that PA was considering a new HB that requires registration of all fireams including fingerprinting, photo ID and a $10 fee. Failure to register would result in confiscation of firearms by State Police. Anyone heard of such a thin recently - or is it just rumor?
