While I don't agree with the Volunteer using a redlight to chase someone down, I believe there is still such a thing as citizens arrest.

But you gotta love the line regarding an "unregistered handgun".

seems that this fellow does not understand that he does not have a right to unlawfully detain an individual unless the individual commits a crime of felony nature. that right is reserved for police officers.

using a red firefighter light to pull people over is definitely "impersonating an officer". this kook needs to get a life, or start some more barn fires so he can be a "hero" and put them out.
