I assume that's supposed to be a point-and-shoot camera with a pop-up flash. So apparently SLRs are ok.

So, revolvers must be OK to carry there. Sign refers to semi-autos

I just realized that actually is a coffee cup, the sign's just been rotated 90° counterclockwise. As affixed the slash goes the wrong way compared to all the others in the set.
