Unhappy HELP !! The coal bed Methane robbers are here

We need real politicians stepping up against this proceedure. Westmoreland county, Fairfield Twp. is under seige, energy groups buying coal rights with not much information being given. Drawbacks like losing your well, spring, or stream water is definately not mentioned. This 1983 ruling must be reversed and soon. It gave coal rights owners the right to take methane from coal by saying the methane is the coal, thusly if you own the rights you can go for the gas. Please google this subject and find what it means, and what it does. Another way to ruin ground water.
