Im really geting tired of this BS in town, im going to set up an open carry walk in hummelstown, partly because local LEOS are harrasing me about carrying while I walk my dog. I have also recieved a threat to have my ltcf revoked if i don't start showing respect and descretion about where and how and what I carry. I could use some help with this so anyone in the area that would like to join me hit me up and we will set a date.

I don't open carry because I don't want to deal with these d!@k heads. I do like stealth mode for mant reasons.

But I do like the idea of it being legal and never want t aen away.

If you have the means file a formal complaint or a law suit if need be.

There is no reason to hassle you if legal. Cops need to know how to deal with this.

If you are near Hershey( if i am correct hummelstown is nears hershey)they probably don't want you to frighten the tourists. No excuse.

These cops don't realize that when people from NY, NJ and MD visit PA and someone is open carrying, they simply assume it's an UN-uniformed cop. Many, many court workers open carry in plain clothing here in NJ and many of the stores nearby. Heck, if I could openly carry in NJ I would and no one would think anything of it...

Interesting, I've never had an issue in the Hummelstown area including Hershey.

Reaper16, you're getting some responses here. Change the thread title to add something about a get-together, I think it will give local folks an idea about what's going on. Keep in mind there is already something planned in Philly for May 25th.

Until you get a "gathering" set up, may I suggest that you get (at least) an audio recorder to carry along.

Better yet, use your cell for video. (if available) May help save your "legal" ass.
