Woman with firearm in Philadelphia school

Has anyone heard as to what became of the woman arrested for carrying with LTCF in a primary school in Philadelphia?

I know there is an "or other lawful purpose" clause that has not been tested on courts or not tested in PA courts that I know of and this will be a very interesting case to see where it goes.

If in this case she wins under the "for other lawful purpose" then is may be just the start PA needs to become more like Wisconsin and Utah with legal carry in schools.

Sure -- if she challenges the charges on those grounds and wins. The problem is that most of these cases get pled out and never set a useful precedent. And if it does go to court, you have to hope it's not some liberal anti-gun judge.

Still, you never know ...

IIRC she wasn't charged with any firearm related charges. She was charged with trespassing for refusing to leave the school.

Thats what was thrown around the board here. It came up awhile ago and someone pointed out the "lawful purposes" and then someone else said she was never charged with it, just trespassing.
