Default I'm voting for Obama in Primary!

Once McCain pretty much won I switched parties! Anyone else?
Besides REALLY disliking Hillary I think Obama may be less electable than McCain and if McCain loses I cant stand thought of Hillary winning!

I would contact Obama first and try to ascertain his position on the Second Amendment, explaining that it's important to you as a Pennsylvanian. Obama probably would have a better chance of winning the general election in November that Hillary would.

Pennsylvania email: PA@BarackObama.com
PA local offices: http://my.BarackObama.com/page/content/paoffices

National:

http://obama.senate.gov/contact/index.php

ETA: BTW, I agree that Obama would be better than Hillary. Although Obama isn't going to win any awards for honesty as a politician, he isn't dripping with corruption like Hillary is. I think the worst damage Obama will do is appointing bad justices to the Supreme Court; several are nearing retirement age.

What a shit election we're faced with.

I just sent this for the hell of it. The more pro gun rights emails they receive, the better. Feel free to cut and paste.

subject Question

Hi,

Can you forward me more information on Senator Obama's position on the 2nd amendment? As a law-abiding citizen, my right in Pennsylvania (and many other states) to legally defend myself and my family with a firearm is very important to me.

Thank you,

Chris AKA

I switched, I'm voting for the woman, in order to block the black man, and will vote for the old guy in the general election.

Hi Chris,

Thank you for taking an interest in this campaign!

Barack Obama did not grow up hunting and fishing, but he recognizes the great conservation legacy of America’s hunters and anglers and has great respect for the passion that hunters and anglers have for their sport. Were it not for America’s hunters and anglers, including the great icons like Theodore Roosevelt and Aldo Leopold, our nation would not have the tradition of sound game management, a system of ethical, science-based game laws and an extensive public lands estate on which to pursue the sport. Obama recognizes that we must forge a broad coalition if we are to address the great conservation challenges we face. America’s hunters and anglers are a key constituency that must take an active role and have a powerful voice in this coalition.

To read Senator Obama's full plan for not only protecting the rights and tradition of gun owners, as well as his plans to conserve the lands where hunting and fishing take place, please visit our website:

Thank you again for your interest. If you have any further questions, feel free to let us know.

Typical non response from Obama. If only the 2nd had anything to do with hunting........

How I read that statement:

I'll let you keep a single bolt action rifle or shotgun to hunt. Otherwise everything else has no usefulness and I will try my hardest to ban them.

Sincerely,

The Devil

Obama is for a full handgun ban, nation-wide. He is NOT a viable candidate if you consider the 2nd at all important. End of story!

OBama is a demoncrat from Chicago, you think he's in favor of gun ownership?

A vote for OBama is a vote for Sharia law.

Hitlary will dismantle the rest of the military and completely destroy what's left of this country.

McCain is the only choice for me. Especially is he gets Condi Rice to be VP. Those two together should keep the demoncrats out of the White House.

I see it the other way around. If the college kids get out and vote Obama has a good chance of beating McCain. hilary on the other hand is disliked by MANY democrats as well as most all republicans.

Here is a poll showing how some dems will vote if their "guy" doesn't get in the general election.
