Default Landowner protection law passed last year

Does anyone have a copy of or a link to the law passed last or the year before that protects landowners from civil suites that allow their land to be used for recreational activities?

Thank you.

Robert

Thanks a ton!!

I have a coworker here in Johnstown that has some land in his family that they allow some people to hunt on, and he was kinda concerned about the possibility of being sued.

Rep points coming..

Don't thank me,

Thank volunteer like Kim Stolfer
ACSL Legislative Committee Chairman
that work endless hours on our behalf, for getting it passed into law to protect landowners and sportsmen alike.

Took some major arm twisting to keep some lawyers reps from loading on bill killer amendments to this important piece of legislation.
