1. Total and absolute adherence to The Pennsylvania Constution in regards to firearms, firearm ownership, transportation of firearms. 2. The arrest and and conviction of ANY public office holder that violates the Pennsylvania Constitution in relation to firearms regardless of position, rank, pay grade or seniority. 3. The Pennsylvania Constitution in regards to firearms shall supersede any current or future Federal law(s) without fear of retributions. 4. Commit and be found guilty of a violent act with a firearm is a mandatory sentence of never to be less than 10 years of hard labor, then loss citizenship in Pennsylvania. 5. NRA firearm safety training WILL be mandatory for all public and private school children by the age of 8 years old. |

Stand your ground legislation,
I dont want to ever use it, I just dont want the law to tell me I HAVE to be a victim. All laws should have "sunset" provisions, and "light of day" requirments so that there is ample time for public review and feedback.
