Somewhere in an earlier thread I had read that Rep. Capelli and Kim Stolfer had felt HB641 would make it to the full house for vote in this fall session. Has anyone heard if anything good or bad with regard to HB641?

Note HB 1744 possibility Very bad for gun owners is scheduled on Nov 14 for general house vote.
