Default HB641 (Stand Your Ground Bill)

Somewhere in an earlier thread I had read that Rep. Capelli and Kim Stolfer had felt HB641 would make it to the full house for vote in this fall session. Has anyone heard if anything good or bad with regard to HB641?

CCinPA here is the PAFOA post you where referencing

http://www.pafoa.org/forum/pennsylva...nd-page-2.html

When in Harrisburg on Oct 23, 2007, we spoke to Representative Tom Caltagirone chairman of Judiciary Committee and to his aid. Reps Caltagirone aid said that bill is scheduled to be heard soon in Judiciary Committee but no day was given and has not gotten back to me on a scheduled date yet.

Note HB 1744 possibility Very bad for gun owners is scheduled on Nov 14 for general house vote. Read some of the details here on why HB 1744 could be bad for US.
