Local ranges?

Hey guys, looking for a range in the Harrisburg area where I can rent some different model handguns to try them out. I'm thinking about getting something for carrying, but I'd like to try a few different models at the range before I spend the money on one. Anyone know of any ranges with the opportunity to rent in the area?

Now that Danny's has been closed (RIP) the ONLY place I can think of is Freedom Armory on I83. OK, you almost have to drive to the PA/MD line, but it's just off I83 and they have A Lot of pistols (and a few Machine Guns) to rent.

If what you want to rent isn't available as a Renter, I don't exactly think they'll let you rent first, buy later.

How close is freedom armory to haggerstown md? I am gonna be workin in that area for awhile i hope. how about outdoor ranges down by the line? Also, anyone familiar with md gun laws? Did a little reading, i think as a res. Of md you have to apply to purchase h.g. And tavticool rifles, how does that apply to out of staters?

Hagerstown is a bit out of the way. You're almost better off going to that indoor range just north of Baltimore. I can't think of its name just now.
