I work in West York near Stetler Dodge and I can be to the club (taking 234) in about 50 minutes.

hey i was wondering..if my brother from new jersey can come and apply for this license being that he lives in new jersey? and also how much would this be in total not just the class but the money sent with the application?

Class $80.
Mail $65.25 to BCI when Packet is mailed.You have 1 yr. to mail packet. Can use a CC, info gets put on bottom of App.
$10 every 5 yrs for renewal.
NJ residents can obtain UT Non-res. permit.

Is this correct? I thought handgunlaw.us indicated that NJ did not honor the Utah permit.

They don't, however if he receives the Utah permit then he can carry anywhere that honors the Utah permit. Such as PA, DE, etc.....
