Barska 25-75x75 any good?

Would anyone know if this scope is decent? I'd use it primarily for 100 yard spotting.

I have an el cheapo $22 spotting scope 15-40x50 and I can hardly see anything at 40x. At 15-20x where the picture is decently big, it's too far away to see my shots clearly.
