I choose the 512. AA batteries are easy to come by. I've seen alot of shooters shoot eotech's, it has the smallest center dot and it's nice. It's also the most expensive optic I've paid for but, oh well.

Trijicon reflex with the amber chevron. As soon as I get my cash together for my AR build this is going on top. I have used these before and have been very please with them.

i like eotechs because of the combination of the 1 moa dot and 65 moa ring.
i find it harder and slower to pick up the reticle with aimpoints since there is no ring. i picked the 512 since the batteries are more common and last longer. the bushnell holosight seems to be exactly the same sight without the protective metal shroud, but i wanted that shroud so i spent the extra money on the eotech.
