Unhappy Warwick township, Bucks county detective arrests me on disorderly conduct for OC

Simply unbelievable police work. Open carrying + stating it's legal + telling cop he can't arrest or detain me just for open carrying + asking for his business card = arrest for disorderly conduct.

No I won't take it down, so don't ask me to.

If everything went down the way you said, file a complaint and get a lawyer. The "detective" is a moron.

I've seen Warwick Twp cops doing traffic stops. Bloused boots, yep, they got that whole "Jack-booted thug" look down, nailed it!
I got a citation for littering by an off-duty Warwick cop 20 some years ago. He pulled me over in his own beater-mobile by flashing his lights. I thought he was trying to let me know my car was on fire or something. When we got to court he testified that he was in a marked cruiser. Fucking liars, all of them. Someone will come along and tell me that I am wrong to label all Warwick cops as bad, but consider this. If one is bad, and the others ignore it, or cover it up, aren't they all just as guilty as the corrupt one? Hell yes they are! Warwick wants to join Warminster and Warrington in a regional PD. I will fight to keep it from happening so that cancerous department doesn't pollute Warminster's fine department.

So he did all this for a Summary DC? Search and all? Let me know if you start a legal defense fund. This should be interesting.

Be safe (and fight the power!).
