I know about the racism in NC. I have a pic of my friend and I standing next to a sign that read:

DO NOT LET THE MOON SHINE ON YOUR BLACK ASS!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Needless to say, me and my friend (with his black ass) got back in the car and hauled ass out of there. This was in 1992 just outside of Shalotte (sp) NC.

No OC at the poll for me today. Wore my ZRT hoodie, being there was frost on my windows, and it covers my VE. Did run into Longshot afterward at the bank though, so that was nice.

Since my polling place is in a school I will not be OC'ing. I don't want to be the test case for that right now. Especially since I will be taking my son with me.

I OC'd at mine. I wasn't feeling good this afternoon and I guess that had something to do with it, but out of all the places I've OC'd in the past, I felt shaky today. I can't say anyone noticed my revolver, but I didn't take time to notice what others were doing. I just wanted to vote and get out of there.

That was how I felt at the Prospect Park city council meeting we went to a while back. I was OCing and could totally feel the cop in the back corner keeping an eye on me, but nobody said anything and after a while the cop left.

Member Iceferret and I OC'ed at our polling station.
Couple glances but no comments, went well.
Chatted a bit with the folks running the polls as usual, no mention of the OC XDm.

OC'd the vote on my way home from our dentist/shopping/dinner trip.

Constable that briefly stopped me last year
(http://forum.pafoa.org/open-carry-14...tml#post484149 (Hassled at the polls for OC (2008 edition)))

was there and recognized me. No issues as expected.
