No law against carrying at the polls.
However, make sure the location of your local polling place is not off limits.

carrying to the polls is illegal here in GA, got to make sure the black men are disenfranchised so the slave owners can keep their power.... oh yes this left over racist back law is still on the books sadly

Ya know, I don't know much about GA but, the one impression I got when we stopped for lunch while driving through was just that. I was warned not to talk to the cook (I wanted to tell him how good his food was) because he was of color and I was not. Shock is not the word to describe my thoughts, utter amazement comes close. Trust me, I will NEVER live in GA, the backwood hicks scare me. Hey, you want to move to PA, there's a cute stone cottage for sale by me?

Oh and I will be carrying to the polls, OC, CC, depends on my dress code, jeans or yoga pants.

Hey, if you OC it could be, "Vote for me or else!"

I will be OC as I have in the past. I don't know if I will have my friend Mikey at my side like last year, but we both go to the same polling place. Not too many Black Panthers there either.

LOL my girlfriend wants to badly to move to the south. Reason? Well because her favorite authors' stories all take place in south carolina, and apparently he makes the place sounds beautiful.

Unfortunately for her, I won't move to a place where I might get lynched.

OCing at the polls as a candidate is dicey. If you win, and you're opposed, it's likely your opponent will complain you were engaging in voter intimidation.

Not that you'd actually be "in the wrong" at the end of the day, why invite the hassle with your election? You know your opponent will have their antennas up, looking for you to do "something wrong." I'd just avoid the hassle, if you're on the ballot.

Otherwise..... OC away!
