i was in Shaftsbury Vt. and i camped down past there, i saw Micheal J.Foxes summer home there deep in the woods from the road that was back in 1996 i had an ex that lived in Shaftsbury Vt, its a very beautiful state the air is so clean there. i forgot the name of the town it was in it was not far down the road there ,damn i cant think of the name of the town. hey Pro2a i send u a rep but i couldnt type reason why so here it is thanks for bringing back a good memory of Vermont! i remember that sign your standing in ffonr of there was a small haunted house along that road there its still haunted its between the Vt and NY state line. thats what my exes father said ...

I was in VT in 1989, beautiful state! I loved all the wide gravel back roads that had 30mph signs LOL, like most people could even go that fast on those roads! Yes the air was clean and the towns were very charming, woodlands were just beautiful in summer, lots of ferns and white birches, and I don't recall seeing any poison ivy! We stayed at a cabin on a small lake and the water was clean and clear and full of crawfish. If the winters weren't so long and snowy, I'd love to move there. Oh yeah the morning mists in summer as the sun rises- oh my!

As an aside, there is a woman at the Women and Guns forum who lives in VT and is a nativer VTer. She says OC is a birthright in VT! Whatever locality she lives in, according to her, people OC alot.

Vermont...what a great state!
We (wife and I) were there about 6 years ago. Wifey was born there.
I could live there with no problem...if I could get a job there.
