I live in wilkes barre, south wilkes barre if they had that on the check box on why i want my LTCF id just check that LOL, i will say this, as i am JUST turning 21, in my understanding of knowing some of the w-b pd here, i plan to not open carry at my age, out and about, around my house sure MAYBE in the yard, but i think ill wait a little bit longer before i venture out with heat in the wind. btw i think januuzi's pizza closing on the corner of carry ave, dropped the crime rate on that block by 80% LOL but back to my point, i just believe i look suspect for my age correct me if im wrong maybe ill feel better about it when i try it i just dont know yet my dad has his LTCF he never opened carried, this actually brings me to another question, why does my father have a problem with my getting my LTCF, im married im on my own, i mean whats the big deal he has one, i want to goto the range, if anything it should make him feel better because of my not soo hot neighborhood any comments?

Because, despite everything (21, married, on your own, etc.), you're still his little boy, not his grown-up son. He'll get used to it, it just takes time.

I missed that shooting on Academy Street by about ten minutes, and I'm sure the guy eyed me while I was at the Sunoco right across the street. I'm disgusted with the gunplay by the gang-bangers and wanna-be thugs on W-B streets right niw.

The locals better NOT have a problem with me open carrying!

It sounds like they generally don't have an issue, so that is good news.
