I got an email back from corporate stating their policy, basically the generic one others have posted... what I'm more interested in is the certified letter I got from them today that I missed.

I'll have to get it tomorrow.

I've OC'ed at the Lowes "complex" over in C-burg before. Come to the W-Boro Lowes, no one here has ever batted an eye. A few cute cashiers as well.

They wouldn't possibly advise you not to come back to their premises, would they??

No, it just said "Lowe's" so it could be either. I'm assuming based on corporate policy they won't bar me from the store.

Thats quite interesting to get a Certified letter from them. I'll definately be watching for updates

The general manager responded back to my letter. She apologized and said she briefed the staff on corporate policy regarding firearms... she basically told them that there is no policy regarding open carry of firearms in their store, and to make sure this does not happen again.

I'll be sure to write her back thanking her, and possibly meet with her. I'm glad this went well, and will continue to take my business to Lowe's.
