I have to agree that the letter could be writen a little better, well maybe thats not an accurate way of saying it. Its a good letter, but its not a first step in the process type of letter. The letter has a strong flavor of "screw you I'm taking my gun and going home", and thats just what she wants you to do.
Like the other poster was saying, get the facts about policy first and then you will know if you should write an informative type of letter to corporate (about 2a rights, loyal customer, threaten with boycott, etc), or a scolding type of letter about the way the manager treated you.
believe me I'm on your side brother, but if you want to have a chance of changing thier stance on this, your first step should not be pissing in thier cheerios.
