First Time OC went to lowes - uneventful
well my bro-in-law works at lowes and i drop him off every night he stocks at night and occasionally i go in and walk around so before we left i grabed my glock 22 which was setup for open carry from a while back when i just wanted to see how it felt. so i undid my belt and put it on and was looking in the mirror and i was wearing light colors so the black stood out. went to rutter to stop and get him cigarettes and i got a soda. nobody noticed as far as i can tell. people seem clueless. then i went and walked around lowes for about 15-20 minutes went and bought a putty knife and left nothing happened.
i had the same feeling alot of people on here had. i thought everybody was looking at me and the had to nitice it. but nobody went running or anything i think the first time is the most difficult but i will be doing it more as it gets warmer. i tihnk i like concealed better still but i will be a part time OC'er so i guess i better get a few flyer printed up just in case.

Glad you gave it a try. It is mostly like you stated, not many people notice, and the ones that do, just seem to move on.

The longer you OC the more natural you'll feel. It just takes time.

really people just dont notice i wonder what i would have to wear on my hip for people to notice? im going to open carry this weekend since it will be warm
