Default OC AT QUAKER STEAK AND LUBE

had lunch the other day at QS&L, and like a dope, left my phone there, so they called my home # from the phone and i went today after work to pick it up, i had my taurus 24/7 pro compact in my serpa holster, and the girl behind the counter says

"why do you carry that gun!?"

well i said, (and i got this from you guys)," a cop just gets too heavy to carry around with me"

she chuckles and says hers fits in her pocket,

i then tell her jokingly that if she open carried she may get better tips,

she says that she cant there, and besides you cant carry in a bar,

"sure can" i say, "wait one minute",

run out to the car and get a flyer, and get back in to hand it to her, by that time they had my phone ready for me, so she took the flyer and was off waiting tables, the manager didnt have anything to say about the gun at all, just wished me a good day and that was it

good experience over all

mikey

You could have told her that dragging it behind you doesn't allow quick enough access and will scuff the finish, therefore you choose to carry it.
