Got back from NC last night.
There was no issues OC'ing in NC, Va, WVa, and Pa.

I don't know about PA but that is true of VA. Police are normally well-educated regarding OC. Especially VA State Police.

That makes me feel alot better. All I would need is to get in a jam, out of state, with my family in tow. I am hoping to hook up with some locals while I am down there. I will be in the Williamsburg area, at my time share.

The big 'problem' areas in VA seem to be in the Norfolk region.
