Edstephan,

I OC in PA and I did not know that you can also OC in NC. That is why I asked a simple question.

I love those like you that asked, "Do YOU have the balls to stand up for your "Rights" by OC'ing". What you should be asking is; Do I respect the rights of those that choose to OC? Yes, by all means.

Just because someone chooses to CC over OC is just that, their right. Someone doesn't give away their "rights" to OC if THEY choose to CC. Also because someone does CC doesn't mean they don't have, in your words, "balls".

By demanding that someone should OC as you do, lumps you in the same category as those that demand that you should CC. Both take away the "right" of a person to choose what they desire.

Flame suit on.

here comes the shit storm.

I don't think Ed means any harm; he's a good guy.

I CC & OC, but I'm just always puzzled as to why people who CC flame up a post about OC? I just don't get it.

I do not demand anyone do anything. Sometimes I do CC but not often.
When someone OC’s they exercise a "Right", ie: no “permission required”.
When someone CC’s they exercise a godvernment given revocable privilege.
I don't care if someone chooses to CC or OC, I’m just tired of people telling me they are exercising their 2nd Amendment “Rights” because they CC, because they are NOT, they are exercising a revocable privilege!!!
By the way Ohio, WVa, VA, and NC are all OC states.

Yes I'm as A$$hat

Ed
We have many on this Forum who do have the balls, and some who don't, but still stand up for there rights.

Rep sent to ya Ed, for providing me some much needed information regarding OC in those states.

However, I have to disagree with you on your stance regarding "standing up for our rights" regarding OC vs. CC. I've been CCing more than OCing lately due to a couple of factors, one of them primarily being the weather.

Whether I'm OC or CC, I'm at least carrying, and as far as I'm concerned, that's exercising my 2nd Amendment Rights!

(No flame suit on, due to no fire intended.)

So I have heard. I think they are more aware and used to OC than they are in Pa.
