Can someone clear something up: is it Walmart's official policy not to forbid OC and, if not, how can a manager override corporate policy and eject you or demand that you CC if you want to shop there?

WalMart's official policy as far as it's been stated is to go with state law.

I have OC'ed in a couple of Walmart's and have only ever had one problem. It was brief and the manager went away.

With the *very important to note* caveat that regional and local managers do have the discretion to adjust this policy.

I have not seen a single documented case where WM corporate has backed a customer (CC or OC) and chastised store management for their actions.
