Talking Re: Soccer mom will be packing her gun again

Congrats Melanie! This is the best (and most predictable) news I've heard all year!

On a side note... For some reason I'm having issues and cannot register on www.whtm.com "talkback 27". Someone please go there, see if you can register, and address these idiots who are spewing their "why would she need to carry at a kid's soccer game" propaganda. These sheeple are all fortune tellers, they know where and when bad things are going to happen. My question to them is where the hell were they on 9/11/01? Where were they an hour before the Virginia Tech incident? Where were they 11 years ago today when my infant son died in his sleep at daycare? Where were they before I lost my ass in my 401K last week. It seems to me that they could have provided us some very valuable information before these horrible things happened. One of my favorite quotes is from the idiot who says "I've had my PERMIT for years and it says right on there that the gun MUST BE CONCEALED AT ALL TIMES!" Yeah, and monkeys might fly out of the Sheriff's arse!

Whew! I feel a little better!

Congrats SFN!
Well, like everyone else, knew you would get it back...

Jake, yeah those fortune telling sheeple are plain evil for not telling us in advance of these bad events. But then they are sheeple, they prob had a vision, but soon forgot as American Idol was coming on. You can't have more than 1 thing happening at once you know, sheeple are easily distracted and forget things quickly.

On a related note, I got my mother to read some of Paxton Quigley's earlier edition of Armed and Female ( I found it at Goodwill one day, while CCing of course LOL). She now understands better why I have been carrying, but it must have really made her grind her teeth in anger that she is practically helpless when going to and from her job in Baltimore. She does have situational awareness for the most part, she sees the crazy or weird people just fine and avoids them, and the car is locked while driving. But I worry about her, sometimes she just isn't watching out, but that is in southern PA, she probably has her Baltimore mode and her Shrewsbury mode, which are totally different. Me, I am always on some form of alert, it was ingrained in me years ago, and it never left.

Saw this on my wii News channel last night. Hurray! Sort of. I really did NOT like the part of the judge's statements questioning her judgement and saying she scared the dickens out of some people and fear in any form does not belong at a children's soccer game. Grrr.

People who drive minivans scare me. I'm calling the cops the next time I see one at a soccer game.

It was legal for Meleanie Hain to openly carry a gun to her 5-year-old daughter's soccer game, but that doesn't mean it was right, Lebanon County Judge Robert Eby said today.
Eby said Hain can get her concealed-weapon permit back, but not before lecturing her about manners. "I have a fear ... manners are being replaced by insensitivity," he said. "Right versus wrong is not the same as legal versus illegal."
.......continues,

Still wondering why our Society is in trouble with Judges the like of Eby? Not to mention the arresting authority!!
