Could they have referenced the United States District Judge Bruce D. Black of the United States District Court for New Mexico in his decision against Qualified Immunity in that eerily similar case, or would it being only a 10th District ruling make it not worth it?

He only posted the wink.....for you to be able to post , it needs to have atleast 10 characters...i.e. if you want to just post a wink face you have to add other characters to fulfill the minimum of 10 characters..hth


ETA : so people just type the phrase "10 characters" to fulfill the minimum
