Jack has informed me that this hearing will indeed be at the county courthouse. He said that the Magisterial Judges are on a rotating schedule, and the the presiding judge will be at the main courthouse on the hearing date.

I have updated the OP to reflect this change.

Just wanted to add: The court house has lockers but the deputies may need educated as to who and what the lockers are for. Last time I asked about the lockers when I was there I got a very stern talking to about "leave it at home or in the car".
