If someone is OC'ing while in a vehicle inside the home depot, the manager will likely have other more pressing concerns than whether that form of OC is legal.

I'll try to look into this later this week, when I return from the midwest. (Visiting Oshkosh WI, for the air show, and will feel naked without my sidearm).
I haven't been in HD much since this incident, but I've OC'd once since then, with no comment. |
