Jason, if my husband is going to do the prints, you know someone will need to have the ink and cards there...just wanted to verify that.
I have the cards but will request more from Utah (they have cards pre-printed with their info). I will also pick up the ink kits this week and buy whatever is necessary to clean the ink.

Thanks to EVERYONE who is coming forward to pitch in.

You are correct. If there is a fee for printing/notary it should be minimal. It also sounds like someone has a passport camera setup for the photos.

I'm thinking my company is going to have to seed the "lunch" fund. How does pizza sound?

Which reminds me, if you haven't sent email to soccermomccw@jsholsters.com to register please do. I will use this as my guide for course materials.

Pizza sounds wonderful. It's very accommodating to vegetarians like myself and my husband too.

I will calculate 3 slices of pizza per registrant and order the requisite number of pies. I will also ask the local pizzeria for a break as this is a "benefit" function. I normally order lunch for classes from these folks, they should work with us.

Any lunch donations are greatly appreciated. We can settle up when the pies arrive.

I just ordered a finger print setup http://www.sirchie.com/detail.aspx?ID=1056 and wipes to clean the ink.

I may have to break down and learn how to roll finger prints...

I can practice on my children, they don't hold still very long.

The last time I got printed for a permit the guy joked that he usually doesn't get to print someone who stands still, is courteous, well dressed, or doesn't smell like vomit.

I talked w/ Jason Schafer and lined up a Notary - Linda Gordon from Gordon Notary Services in Wind Gap will be coming out to do notary services on site Sat., so that's one less hurdle to jump. Her email is gordonnotary@epix.net.
If a member brings a digital camera w/ memory stick, we can do all the photos on site and send someone to the local CVS at 25th st. in Easton, or Staples at the Northampton Crossings and get instant prints.
